Job Summary:
We are seeking a Frontend Team Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team of frontend developers. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of project execution, guide the team in adopting best development practices, and act as the key point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about code quality, architecture, and team collaboration.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers.
Expertise in core technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Strong experience in frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in version control tools such as Git/GitHub.
Strong grasp of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to independently manage a team and ensure timely project delivery.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and manage a team of frontend developers across multiple live projects.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality code delivery within deadlines.
Guide the team in code reviews, architectural decisions, and best practices.
Collaborate with management, product, and backend teams for smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve blockers, and improve development workflows.
Drive performance improvements, maintain project documentation, and set development standards.
Support and mentor junior developers to upskill and grow within the team.
