Project Overview

We designed and developed the Alamo Tees platform from the ground up, transforming a limited and rigid system into a modern, scalable, and user-friendly customization solution. The client required a powerful design studio, structured product management, a seamless ordering flow, and enterprise level scalability. Our objective was to build a high performance digital platform that delivers effortless customization, accurate pricing, and a smooth checkout experience across all devices.

Problem

The client’s previous platform faced several business and technical challenges that negatively impacted usability, customization flexibility, and operational efficiency.

The design customization options were limited, restricting user creativity and personalization. Product organization lacked structure, making navigation and product discovery difficult. The ordering flow was complex and unclear, which resulted in customer drop-offs. Pricing calculations were not dynamic and failed to adapt based on print location, decoration method, and quantity. Additionally, the system was not designed to scale, limiting future business growth and enterprise-level operations.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, We delivered a fully custom-built ecommerce and product customization platform designed for performance, flexibility, and scalability.

We developed a modern UI/UX framework to ensure smooth navigation and an intuitive user journey. A powerful Design Studio was built to support advanced product personalization. Product data was restructured using intelligent categorization and filtering for easier discovery. Dynamic pricing and estimation calculators were integrated to provide accurate cost calculations. A secure and scalable checkout workflow was implemented using Shopify and Laravel to ensure reliable order processing.

Cart & Checkout Experience

A smooth cart and checkout experience was built using Shopify for secure payments and Laravel for backend order handling, ensuring reliable processing and seamless transaction flow.

User Dashboard & Order Tracking

A centralized dashboard allows users to manage their entire order lifecycle, including order history, detailed order views, design previews, and real-time status tracking.

Business Support & Communication

A global inquiry system was built to simplify communication between customers and Alamo Tees representatives, enabling faster support, smoother collaboration, and better handling of customization and bulk order requests.

Order Management System

Admin dashboard helps manage and track all orders from one central place. It allows admins to easily view order details, monitor payment status, track deliveries, and manage customer information. The system is designed to simplify daily operations, reduce manual work, and ensure smooth order processing.

The intelligent color picker allows users to select accurate shades directly from generated visuals, ensuring consistent color application across the entire product. This improves design accuracy, speeds up the customization process, and reduces manual color selection errors.

Multi Color Variant Management & Custom Calculator

This feature highlights how users can manage multiple product color variants within a single workflow while instantly calculating accurate pricing. The custom calculator dynamically adjusts pricing based on selected variants, decoration methods, quantities, and print locations. This ensures transparency, accuracy, and a smooth decision-making experience for customers before placing an order.
