Problem
Our Client faced several limitations that affected user experience, conversions, and tracking accuracy. The pricing page lacked flexibility, making it difficult for users to compare monthly and yearly plans or view pricing in their preferred currency. Resource content was scattered and not designed for engagement or lead generation.
Additionally, there was no structured system to capture asset downloads or track user interactions across primary, secondary, and micro CTAs. This made it challenging to measure campaign performance, user journeys, and conversion effectiveness accurately.
Solution
We redesigned and rebuilt key sections of the platform with a strong focus on clarity, flexibility, and data-driven decision-making. A new pricing page was developed with monthly and yearly plan toggles and currency-based switching for global users.
A full resources page was created, featuring sliders and dynamically fetched blog content to keep information up to date. We also added a gated asset download form on the homepage hero section to improve lead capture.
To enable accurate tracking, UTM parameters were implemented across all CTA types, ensuring better visibility into user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion paths. These improvements delivered a more scalable, measurable, and conversion-focused platform.

Webflow
Webflow was used to manage page layouts and content with full design flexibility. It allows the marketing team to update pages, launch new sections, and adjust layouts without developer dependency. This made it easier to iterate quickly on pricing pages, resources & landing pages.
Jetboost
Jetboost was implemented to add dynamic filtering, searching, and real-time content updates. It helped power dynamic resource listings and sliders by fetching and displaying blog content automatically. This reduced manual updates and ensured content stayed fresh & relevant for users.
Intercom
Intercom was integrated to support customer communication and onboarding. It enables real-time chat, automated messages, and support interactions, helping users get quick assistance and improving overall engagement across the platform.
Calendly
Calendly was used to simplify meeting and demo scheduling. It allows users to book calls directly based on availability, removing back-and-forth communication and improving the sales and onboarding experience.
