Problem
Simple Online Doctor was operating on a website built using a limited page builder that did not support advanced functionality. Key features such as navigation control, team management, and review handling were dependent on third party tools or manual processes.
User experience issues were also present. The sign up and registration flow lacked proper mobile number validation, address entry was manual and error prone, and profile verification required extra effort from users. Managing treatments, doctor information, and marketing pages was time consuming due to raw data and the absence of automation.
Overall, the platform needed better scalability, automation, and a smoother experience for both users and administrators.
Solution
We enhanced the Simple Online Doctor platform by building custom functionality directly into the builder CMS. We upgraded the navigation system, removed third party review dependencies, and developed a fully dynamic review component.
We created a dedicated team page along with individual doctor profile pages, making it easier to manage and display medical professionals. To handle large amounts of raw content from the old website, we used JSON based automation scripts to migrate and structure data efficiently within the builder.
User experience was improved by adding mobile number validation with country code dropdowns, integrating address verification APIs, and enabling address auto completion in user profiles. We also built a complete treatments section explaining all available medical services and developed multiple landing pages to support digital marketing campaigns.
The final result is a secure, scalable, and user friendly healthcare platform that simplifies online consultations and backend management.
