Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1 to 1.5 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centric design, have hands-on experience with UI/UX tools, and a strong understanding of design principles. You will be working on live web and mobile-based projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX design (agency or in-house).

  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Experience in conducting user research, competitive analysis, and improving user journeys.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

  • A well-structured portfolio showcasing your design projects and process is mandatory.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Designing responsive UI for web and mobile applications based on user and business requirements.

  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.

  • Participating in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions.

  • Creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Improving and maintaining design consistency across products using design systems.

  • Participating in brainstorming and design review meetings.
