Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with 1.5–3 years of experience who can effectively manage project timelines, team coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of project coordination responsibilities, documentation (such as HRD, BRD, FRD), and hands-on experience with project management tools. This role is ideal for professionals who are organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple IT service-based projects in a collaborative environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience in managing IT service-based projects (minimum 1.5 years).
In-depth understanding of documentation such as HRD, BRD, and FRD.
Experience with project management platforms like ClickUp, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other documentation tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
Coordinating across teams including developers, designers, QA, and clients.
Preparing and maintaining project documents (HRD, BRD, FRD, MoMs).
Tracking project progress using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or JIRA.
Managing project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.
Organizing client meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Supporting Project Managers with change requests, escalations, and scope control.
