Project Overview
RW Infotech built a custom CRM tool to help sales and marketing teams manage their work more easily. We used React and TypeScript to create a fast and user-friendly interface, and Express.js with PostgreSQL for a strong and secure back-end. The system also includes real-time updates using Socket.IO, so teams can stay on the same page without delays. Client Requirement
The client was facing challenges with managing leads and tasks manually. Their current system was slow, hard to manage, and didn’t support team collaboration. Sales and marketing teams had trouble keeping track of lead status, follow-ups, and task assignments, which often led to missed opportunities and confusion.
They needed a modern CRM system that was easy to use, worked in real-time, and could grow with their team. The goal was to simplify lead and task management, improve communication, and give team members the tools they needed to stay organized and productive.

RW Infotech built a custom CRM platform designed to make lead and task management simple and effective. We created a clean and responsive front-end using React and Tailwind CSS, so the sales team could easily track leads, update tasks, and manage their workflow without confusion.
On the back-end, we used Express.js and PostgreSQL to build a fast, secure system that handles real-time updates and supports team collaboration. Features like live notifications, role-based access, and smart task filters helped reduce manual work and improve team productivity.
With this solution, the client now has a reliable CRM that keeps their team organized, saves time, and supports smooth communication, helping them close more deals, faster.
